Jo Pratta is a carioca deep in her heart and soul, but she has been living in Los Angeles since 2014, where she has been developing a beautiful work as a singer/songwriter, actress, filmmaker and voice actor.
From Rio to the world, Jo has had her work recognized in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, India, and Germany. As a voice actor, she lends her voice to various characters in soap operas, series, and even cartoons. In Brazil, Jo’s voice can be heard on the animation ‘Kiko’ on the ZooMoo channel and the teen novel ‘Chica Vampiro,’ airing on the Gloob, for which she also directed the dubbing and adapted the songs to Brazilian Portuguese.
“Mystical Ride,” her first EP, was produced by Mu Chebabi and got a bronze medal for album and female vocalist at the Global Music Awards in 2016. The album, rich in Brazilian rhythms, brings you in an upbeat musical journey through her home country.
In January 2020, Jo will release her new EP, The Path of Love, as a singer/songwriter with songs like Barreiras and The Path of Love, both produced by Chebabi.
